Typing Job, Work From Home

typing-jobI noticed a lot of people are posting advertisements about typing jobs that you get to do at home. One particular advertisement I found was posted Cebu Ad Spot.  (The advertisement has since been deleted. Good riddance.)

I followed the link and it led me to a site that bombards you with a lot of information, you actually will forget why you went to that site in the first place. Read more »

Earn from home using Pinoy Turk

Short in cash?  Need to pay for your surfing habits?  Need to pay for your drinking habits?  If you have an Internet connection, you can earn from home (or from your favorite Net cafe).

At Pinoy Turk, you can submit an e-mail address for 1 peso. Yes, they will give you 1 peso for every e-mail you submit.   Here’s the trick.  Don’t register your personal e-mail address.  Create a dummy e-mail address from either Yahoo, Gmail or wherever.  Submit this to Pinoy Turk.  For each e-mail you submit, you get 1 peso.  If you can submit 100 e-mail addresses, you get 100 pesos.

Not bad, eh? Read more »

Cebu Pacific Promo Fare

I checked the Cebu to Iloilo schedule first.

Click. Click. Click. Click. Click. Click.  “Uy, 1 peso lang.”, I said. Click. Total amount to pay: Php 1,049.44

Hmmm.  Nawala ang piso.

But still, Php 1,049.44 from Cebu to Iloilo is not that bad. I just wish they were very clear about that from the beginning.

Also, I don’t think “every juan” can fly with Php 1,049.44.

groovenet.jpgThe past few months, the Filipino social networking site, GrooveNet, has been buzzing *silently* across the Philippine web. GrooveNet is the exclusive distributor of There in the Philippines, an online 3D chat application that is perhaps second only to Second Life in terms of number of users and popularity. When you register at GrooveNet, you get an avatar for the 3D World and a profile page in the GrooveNet site itself.

You can upload MP3 songs to the music player provided in the profile page. Also, the profile owner can move around the panels. Moreover, the profile owner can add custom panels as he/she pleases. The owner can then add widgets to these custom added panels. Read more »
