  3. C-TRES is the best….customer service is excellent and food is great!!!! Desserts are yummy! Didn’t try the crabs (I’m allergic to seafood) but everyone was raving about it! I loved their fried chicken–the best I’ve ever tasted! Keep up the good work! We came home from the US and took visitors here–hindi ka mapahiya….though you need to make reservations ahead of time cause it’s always packed!

  4. do you have an area for holding special occasions? how big is the area and how much is your rate per head?

Crab for sure is on the list, is roasted pig be available also?

  8. Crabs is on the list. Unfortunately, roasted pig hasn’t been served for quite some time now. It is replaced by shrimp tempura.

Also, crabs are cooked in 2 styles: fried and with aligue sauce.

Usual list of dishes: chicharon bulaklak, lechon kawali, steamed lapu lapu, pancit molo, garlick chicken, etc.

Usual desserts: mango float, blueberry cheescake, assorted fruits, choco fountain, marshmallows, etc.
