C-TRES is the best….customer service is excellent and food is great!!!! Desserts are yummy! Didn’t try the crabs (I’m allergic to seafood) but everyone was raving about it! I loved their fried chicken–the best I’ve ever tasted! Keep up the good work! We came home from the US and took visitors here–hindi ka mapahiya….though you need to make reservations ahead of time cause it’s always packed!

Im planning to bring my friends on Eat All you Can restaurants and i find it C-Tres interesting place…I’ll be arriving Philippines on 15 April 2011 and on the same day dinner can you tell me the list of dishes you have on this date? Crab for sure is on the list, is roasted pig be available also?

  13. CTRES, 31. March 2011, 0:26

Crabs is on the list. Unfortunately, roasted pig hasn’t been served for quite some time now. It is replaced by shrimp tempura.

Also, crabs are cooked in 2 styles: fried and with aligue sauce.

Usual list of dishes: chicharon bulaklak, lechon kawali, steamed lapu lapu, pancit molo, garlick chicken, etc.

Usual desserts: mango float, blueberry cheescake, assorted fruits, choco fountain, marshmallows, etc.
