Gmail’s Multi-Pane and Offline Viewing

Gmail now supports multi-pane viewing. What’s great about it, you ask? You can view several “inboxes” in your Gmail view. With multi-pane viewing, you can have a more efficient multi-tasking.
A couple of days earlier, Gmail also rolled out the support for offline viewing. What’s great about it, you ask again? Well, when you have no Net connection, you can still review your e-mails. It’s that simple.
Currently, what I do to be able to read my e-mails offline is to configure my Mozilla Thunderbird to download my gmail e-mails. So, everytime I need to review my e-mails offline, I just open my Thunderbird.
My Thunderbird, hehe.

I love Gmail – it’s my workhorse. Di ko pa na-try iyang offline viewing feature nya. And iyong multi-pane viewing ng inbox, that’s news to me. What can I say. Love is really blind.
I haven’t tried both. Yes, love is truly blind. I’m in love with my mail client, Mozilla Thunderbird.
