There’s a new free online classified ad site that caters to Cebu City residents – Cebu Ad Spot.

The beauty of having a Cebu-only classified ad portal is that the buyers and sellers immediately know that the transaction is going to happen in Cebu City.  The target audience is more focused, thus, the transactions are quicker.  It doesn’t hurt that posting classified ads is free of charge.

Cebu Ad Spot, a free online classified ad site that focuses on Davao-based transactions is actually in open Alpha stage.  Some of the minor functionalities aren’t in yet but the site is highly functional already.  The founders just decided to attach a “Beta” sign since users are more familiar with “beta” than “alpha”.
