Yep, I recently bought one… and count me in as one of the growing Mac converts.  Thanks to Windows Vista, I finally took the courage to switch.  Windows just plain sucks.

This package came via DHL and ordered via Apple Philippines (website).  There’s no stock available in Davao (I waited for a month) and I didn’t want to fly to Manila.  It was a bit more expensive than retail but don’t you just love it when they deliver it to your doorstep?

    OMG. You already bought your very own MacBook. I wish I could afford that but my finances have been stiff lately. Besides I am investing on something. ;)

    I hated VISTA and I don’t know really what to do with my Dell, it keeps on hanging.

    I have no time to learn how to plug my videocam to my laptop. But, it would’ve been nice… hardcore!

    It’s not exactly a blow by blow account of something momentous as the landing on the moon or Mars. But it’s every geek’s dream – owning one.
