I’m 33 and I’m a granduncle, if there’s such a word.

This photo is one of the first few photos taken from my Nikon D60.  I’m not sure who took this photo though.  Either my sister or my nephew.

I now own a Nikon D60!  Imagine that.  I bought it about 2 weeks ago and I only had the guts to blog about it now.

Photography caught my interest for about 2 to 3 years now but I just seriously considered learning about a year ago.

I had to blackmail my wife to buy this one.  She relented last year but then she miraculously got pregnant last November (after maybe 5 years of trying).  I said to myself that maybe we ought to save money now that we’re expecting a child. Read more »
